Peer Groups

We believe that people with experience of mental ill health are well positioned to encourage recovery in others. That’s why we promote a range of peer groups, where you can meet like minded people and share mutual support.

The best leaders of peer groups are often the experts-by-experience and we celebrate the independence this can promote. For this reason, we want to provide a helping hand in setting up peer groups, so its members can grow and thrive.
