BAME Support Group
A new peer group to support the BAME community in Leicester to share experiences and receive emotional support.
Bi-Weekly, 2-3pm

A group for people experiencing mental ill-health to come together and engage in mindful and relaxing creative activities

Managing Anxiety
The peer group aims to support individuals with managing anxiety by providing a safe space for people to share and help each other in a non-judgemental and accepting environment.

Local History Group
A free local peer support group visiting local points of interest (virtually) for people experiencing mental ill-health. You do not have to know much about history, it’s a topic for us all to discuss and get to support one another at the same time!

Student Peer Support Group
A free local peer support group for local Students! If you are currently studying at university and are looking for new people to chat to about your mental health, then drop by our student peer support group!

Hearing Voices Group
We usually run our Hearing Voices Peer Group face-to-face but in the meantime, you can join online with our sister service, Derby City Life Links.
