A free local peer support group visiting local points of interest (virtually) for people experiencing mental ill-health. You do not have to know much about history, it’s a topic for us all to discuss and get to support one another at the same time!

Hearing Voices Group
A free local peer support group for those with the shared experience of hearing voices. This is in association with the hearing voices network. The aim of the group is to support one another, share experiences and learn new self-help tools to improve our well-being.
Life Links are delivering a peer support group for De Montfort University students. The student peer support group is a safe, accepting and non-judgemental environment for students to come and talk about their experiences. Students can also learn self-help tools to better manage their mental health independently.

Walk and Talk
A peer support for people who enjoy fresh air, nature and connecting with others, which aims to improve wellbeing and develops a sense of community.
