“Kindness to me means giving your time to help others” – Sophie
“For me kindness means carrying out a good deed. Whether it be for an animal or another human with no expectation to received anything in return. It’s not a recent act but I was reminded recently of after when George Michael sadly passed away, loads of people came out of the woodwork to say that he had anonymously donated money to their charity. The one that stands out was the lady that was saving up for IVF. He gave her and her partner all the money they needed but asked not to be named” – Chris
“The kindness I can give to other is to not listen to negativity and be nice to one another” – Kiren
“Kindness to me is being nice to someone by doing or saying something to make that person smile. Today someone had donated a load of his things to our allotment as they were no good to him but were useful to other people at the allotment. When we go for a walk I make a conscious effort to say hello and chat to a few people we meet as we do not know if they may be lonely, especially at these difficult times.” – Anita
