Life Links will be celebrating Health Awareness & World Diabetes Day on Saturday 17 November. There will be a variety of services there to promote wellbeing, including the British Heart Foundation, Silver Star and Diabetes UK.

The day will include talks from doctors, free yoga sessions and diabetes testing. We will of courser also be there to promote mental wellbeing and its parity with physical wellbeing.
