A STATEMENT ON CORONAVIRUS/COVID-19

Last Updated 25/03/2020, 16:15

Please note our face to face sessions and groups are temporarily closed. Please feel free to register your interest with us and we will get back to you when normal services resume.

We are continuously reviewing our working processes as to limit the impact of the coronavirus/COVID-19 pandemic.

In order to ensure the safety of the public, our clients, volunteers and staff, we have made the difficult decision to postpone all face to face appointments. Our recovery workers are currently contacting their clients to discuss available options, such as telephone and email support.

Our information line remains open for advice and navigation services. Whilst we continue to accept new referrals, please note that we are now operating a telephone support service. Please be patient as our phone lines are transferred. Our office is closed.

We understand that this can be a worrying time for many people. Whilst it is important to be safe, it’s also important to maintain our mental well-being.  If you are feeling anxious or worried, please call us so we can support you through it. You can also download a variety of mental health apps to help promote relaxation or download a coping calendar from Action for Happiness (also see image below).
